Egg & Ham Protein Cups

These are the perfect protein bites for on-the-go or when you need a quick snack! They're delicious and super easy to make. I prefer to use silicone baking cups for easy removal, but nonstick spray will also work just fine!

Egg & Ham Protein Cup Recipe:

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 7-12 minutes

Total time: 12- 17 minutes

Yield: 12 protein cups

Ingredients:

Egg & Ham Protein Cups

  • 12 Ham Slices from the Deli

  • 12 eggs (I prefer pasture-raised)

  • Parsley or chives for garnish

  • Salt and pepper for taste

Optional Add-ons or swaps:

  • Other choices of deli meat, including; turkey, chicken, etc.

  • Green Onions

  • Shredded Cheese

  • Satued finely diced pepper or onions

Instructions:

  1. Using a 12-piece muffin tin, lightly spray each cup with a nonstick spray, or use these silicone cups from Amazon for easy removal!

  2. Place one slice of ham in each muffin cup, ensuring the ham spreads to the sides to create a "bowl".

  3. Crack one egg in each ham cup.

  4. Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes. Depending on how runny you like your eggs, you can bake them for a shorter time.

  5. Garnish each egg cup with chopped parsley or chives for garnish.
